·      There will be a $ 75.00 deposit paid by anyone renting a room to ensure room is cleaned and trash removed, and there are no damages.

·      The room rental DOES NOT include audio or bingo equipment! These may be added on items for an additional charge if approved.

·      If a bartender/server is required for your rental, a fee will be included to cover labor costs for duration of room rental plus 90 minutes for set up/ tear down. Current Rate is $ 10.50 an hour for bartender.

·      Equipment/Furniture will not be moved or removed without Managers consent.
